What is the Tao Calligraphy Light Wall™?
The Tao Calligraphy Light Wall™ is a high-dimensional positive field created through Tao Calligraphy—a revolutionary Source-guided art form founded by Dr. & Master Zhi Gang Sha. Every calligraphy is written in one stroke, known as Yi Bi Zi, and transmits the frequency and vibration of the Ten Da—the Ten Greatest Qualities of Tao.
The Light Wall is not a concept—it is a living transmission field. It can be activated in person or remotely and operates beyond the mind, beyond energy, beyond form. Week 1: The Foundation of Tao & Healing
Learn the foundational teachings of Tao, including the Universal Law of Shen Qi Jing and why people experience sickness and challenges. Begin practicing how to introduce yourself, Master Sha, and Tao wisdom to others with confidence and clarity.
Week 2: Power & Application of Tao Calligraphy
Discover the power and significance of Tao Calligraphy as a profound spiritual technology. Practice tracing and chanting to experience its healing field, and learn to confidently share the power of Tao Calligraphy with others.
Week 3: The Ten Da (Ten Greatest Qualities)
Learn the significance of the Ten Da, the ten greatest qualities of Tao that form the foundation for profound spiritual development and healing. Deepen your tracing practice with the Tao Calligraphy Light Wall™ and begin mastering how to present the Ten Da Qualities and their one-sentence secrets.
Week 4: Breathing, Practices & Techniques
Learn Tao Sacred Breathing practices and the Six Power Techniques that form the foundation of Tao healing and transformation. Focus on applying Breathing Power and practicing how to easily empower others with these techniques.
Week 5: Universal Laws & Five Elements

Prepare for your oral examination by reviewing essential teachings and practicing key elements of the exam. We’ll also celebrate the completion of our eight-week journey and share the next steps toward becoming a practitioner, including additional community resources to support you moving forward.

You will have 6 months from the end of the online program to complete the training requirements and purchase the full set of calligraphies. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Who is this program for?
This program is for purpose-driven individuals who feel called to serve humanity and Mother Earth—whether through an existing business or a new path of service. It’s for those ready to bring true transformation—not just relief—by bridging higher dimensions with everyday life. No prior Tao experience is needed—only a sincere heart, a willingness to grow, and the dedication to walk this sacred path.
Do I need any previous experience with Tao Calligraphy or Tao Healing?
No prior experience is necessary! This program is designed to guide you step-by-step — from the foundational wisdom of Tao to confidently offering sessions with your Tao Calligraphy Light Wall.
What if I can’t attend all of the live classes?
No problem! All live sessions are recorded and available for you to watch at your own pace. We recommend you watch as soon as possible. You will have access to recordings for six months after the live program ends.
How much time should I plan to commit each week?
Plan for approximately 4 hours per week:
• Weekly live class- 2 hours
• Content on Demand & Self Study - average 2 hours
Is there testing required to complete the program?
Yes, there are two assessments:
• Online Quiz – A multiple-choice and mix-and-match quiz completed at the end of the 8-week program. A score of 80% is required to pass, and you will have up to 5 attempts to achieve this.
• Oral Exam – Led by a leading teacher or trainer during the 2-day in-person training, the oral exam is conducted in your native language and lasts approximately 10–15 minutes.
Is there an in-person requirement?
Yes — The 2-day in-person training is a required part of the program. You will have 6 months after the live program ends to attend a training. Trainings will be offered at the Master Sha Wellness Center in Toronto and in other countries worldwide, including Germany and Australia and more. This immersive 2-day experience is your opportunity to be trained to lead sessions, receive feedback and coaching, and complete your oral exam with a Leading Teacher or Tao Calligraphy Light Wall Trainer.
Please note: The two-day in-person training is included in your tuition if you attend at the Master Sha Wellness Center.
If you choose to attend the training at one of our off-site locations worldwide led by Tao Calligraphy Light Wall Trainers, the cost is 197 in local currency, paid directly to the trainers.
Travel and lodging are not included and will be your responsibility.
What happens when I complete the online program?
After the online program ends, you’ll attend a required 2-day in-person training, continue purchasing your Tao Calligraphy Light Wall calligraphies if you don’t yet own the full set, and complete the spiritual approval process. Once approved, you’ll receive a license agreement and officially become a Tao Calligraphy Light Wall Practitioner.
Are payment plans available?
No, unfortunately at this time we do not offer payment plans for the $600CAD program.
For calligraphies we recommend purchasing monthly as your budget allows until you have all ten.
Do I need all 10 Calligraphies to become a Practitioner?
Yes, you must own all 10 Calligraphies to become a Tao Calligraphy Light Wall Practitioner. You can attend the 2-day in-person training before owning the full set, but you will not receive the authority until all 10 Calligraphies have been purchased and all other program requirements are complete.
What if I can’t complete the program?
If, for any reason, you are unable to complete the program requirements—including attending the 2-day in-person training or purchasing all 10 Calligraphies—by the six-month deadline, you will need to re-enroll in the program. Exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis by contacting Sara Aumann at sara.aumann@drsha.com. Regardless, you will retain the valuable wisdom and knowledge teachings you received throughout the program.
What is spiritual approval, and what if I’m not approved?
Spiritual approval is a process where Master Sha’s leading teachers check with the Tao to assess your readiness to serve as a Tao Calligraphy Light Wall Practitioner. This includes evaluating your training progress, heart to serve, and ability to lead sessions.
If you are not approved initially, you will receive guidance on areas to strengthen. You will be re-checked each month for readiness and may be approved once the necessary growth is demonstrated. This process is designed to support your continued development and ensure alignment with the sacred responsibilities of this path.
Why do I have to sign a license agreement, and what is it for?
The license agreement formalizes your role as a Tao Calligraphy Light Wall Practitioner and gives you official permission to lead sessions and charge for your services. It ensures that all practitioners uphold consistent standards of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with the teachings and mission of the Tao Calligraphy Light Wall.
To become a licensee, you must also have a registered business—whether as a sole proprietor, LLC, or equivalent—depending on your local regulations. The agreement outlines these requirements and includes a 30% royalty fee, paid monthly to the company, which supports the ongoing development, coordination, and global integrity of the program.
If you only wish to use the Light Wall to serve your family, you are still required to sign a license agreement and report monthly, even if you report zero income. Alternatively, you may choose to have the Light Wall without the empowerment, in which case it serves as Tao Source Transformative Art that you can use for personal tracing, chanting, meditation, and spiritual nourishment.

Master Sha is the 373rd-generation lineage holder of Peng Zu, a revered Taoist master who was a soul teacher of Lao Zi, the author of Dao De Jing. In 2011, Master Sha became the sole lineage holder of Yi Bi Zi, an ancient one-stroke calligraphy style.
